JENNIFER REED CARPENTER......Music therapist-turned-music teacher, freelance writer and certified fundraising professional. Born in western Massachusetts where she still lives, Ms. Carpenter has been teaching in schools and recreation centers since the fall of 1988.

Though teaching is her first love, she also has a deep passion for writing. Her primary interests lie in inspirational and personal experience writing, but plans are in the works to branch out into education, medical, and disability issues. She  has written extensively for her church and high school and has to her credit an article which appeared in the fall 1994 issue of DRF Receiver, a newsletter of the Deafness Research Foundation in New York City.
